#Nelly accuser CLAIMS she was forced to have sex with NO CONDOM! [details]

Nelly was released without charges a few hours after being booked on suspicion of rape following allegations from a woman who claimed that he had assaulted her on his tour bus in Auburn, Wash., his lawyer has confirmed.

The investigation is still pending, despite the rapper not being charged. He is currently on tour with Florida Georgia Line, and although he was scheduled to perform Saturday night in Ridgefield, Wash., he did not make the show.

Nelly was arrested at about 4:37 a.m. on Saturday in a Walmart parking lot.

His attorney, Scott Rosenblum, said the rapper is “the victim of a completely fabricated allegation.”

“Our initial investigation clearly establishes this allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness,” Rosenblum said in a statement. “I am confident, once this scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges. Nelly is prepared to address and pursue all legal avenues to redress any damage caused by this clearly false allegation.”

Nelly also tweeted his innocence in the early hours of Sunday morning, writing that he was “beyond shocked” at the allegations. He also apologized to his loved ones for the “embarrassment and putting [himself] in a situation where [he] could be victimized,” and thanked his fans for their “unwavering support,” assuring them that he will be vindicated. “In other words, y’all know damn well I ain’t do no dumb S^*t like this..!!” he finished.

Although Nelly was released his accuser is CLAIMING he raped her with NO CONDOM! The Washington woman who accused hip hop star Nelly of rape said he forced her to have sex without a condom!
The accuser also said that, after she was booted from his bus, another woman threw $100 at her, according to TMZ.

Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, said in a statement that the allegations were bogus and that he and a private investigator were compiling evidence to prove the accuser’s version of events were false.

“It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized,” Rosenblum said. “That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”

The Auburn Police Department in Washington arrested the 42-year-old singer Saturday morning after the woman told police that he had sexually assaulted her on his tour bus parked in a Walmart parking lot.

The accuser – a 21-year-old Seattle resident – said she met Nelly at a club while she and her friends were drinking alcohol, according to TMZ. She said she got “tipsy” and was invited to an after-party on the rapper’s bus.
