Search warrants REVEALED pills HIDDEN all over Prince's home! [details]
Just DAYS before the one year anniversary of Prince's untimely death, search warrants reveal that the DEATH scene was RIDDLED will PILLS throughout the home--this according to Minnesota authorities!
NEW DOCUMENTS revealed authorities found Ziploc bags of pills as well as envelopes of pills in the home.
TMZ uncovered that the legal documents reveal Prince's bodyguard was the person who went to a Walgreen's pharmacy the day preceding the singer's death to fill prescriptions, including Percocet.
The new documents also reveal Prince used an alias,Peter Bravestrong -- and cops found a suitcase with that name that contained pill bottles along with the lyrics for the song, "U Got the Look."
The main doctor who was treating Prince, Dr. Michael Schulenberg admitted to a detective he had prescribed Prince Oxycodone the same day Prince OD'd on a jet just 6 days before he died. The doctor put the Rx in Prince's bodyguard's name.
None of the medications found in Prince's home following his death last year were prescribed to him, according to court documents unsealed Monday.
Bottles of opioid painkillers -- some prescribed to Prince's former drummer and longtime friend Kirk Johnson -- were found in several places in Paisley Park, and many medications were found in vitamin pill bottles and in envelopes, search warrants showed.
According to a search warrant issued April 21, 2016, the same day Prince was found dead at his home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, investigators found several pills labeled "Watson 853" -- hydrocodone-acetaminophen, sometimes called Vicodin -- and capsules marked "A-349," which is Percocet, in different bottles in various locations in the residence. Also according to the search warrant, investigators were told by witnesses that Prince "recently had a history of going through withdrawals which are believed to be the result of abuse of prescription medication."
