The Braxton's are coming back to WeTv in March, and it appears that we are in store for another EXPLOSIVE season. It seems that all eyes are on TAMAR--her new-found fame and SOLO SUCCESS, seems to rub the sisters the wrong way at times. Could there be a rift between the tight-knit circle??? Take a LOOK!!!!
Beyonce says she did lip sync when she performed the national anthem on Inauguration Day -- but that she will "absolutely be singing live" during her Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday.
Before answering questions at a press conference Thursday in New Orleans, the singer asked those at the conference to stand before she belted "The Star Spangled Banner," and after said with a laugh: "Any questions?"
The 31-year-old singer said she's a "perfectionist" and wanted her performance for President Barack Obama to be a memorable one. She called the day "emotional."
"I practice until my feet bleed and I did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra," she said. "Due to no proper sound check, I did not feel comfortable taking a risk. It was about the president and the inauguration, and I wanted to make him and my country proud, so I decided to sing along with my pre-recorded track, which is very common in the music industry. And I'm very proud of my performance."

Well, San Francisco 49'ers cornerback, Chris Culliver seems to have had a 'change of heart' on his own 'GAY PLAYER BAN' from the locker room. Now it appears he WELCOMES GAYS in the locker room now!
I am sure the 49'er PR CAMP was on this matter with the SWIFTNESS and MADE him apologize and change his VIEWS!!
Chris Culliver apologized Thursday, Jan. 31, for anti-gay comments he made to a comedian during Super Bowl media day, saying "that's not what I feel in my heart."
"I'm sorry if I offended anyone. They were very ugly comments," Culliver said during an hour-long media session. "Hopefully I learn and grow from this experience and this situation."
He said he would welcome a gay teammate to the 49ers, a reversal of his remarks to Artie Lange two days earlier during an interview at the Superdome.
"I treat everyone equal," Culliver said. "That's not how I feel."
He added that he realized his comments were especially offensive to many people in San Francisco and the Bay Area, which is home to a large gay community.
"I love San Francisco," Culliver said.
During the interview with Lange, Culliver responded to questions by saying he wouldn't welcome a gay player in the locker room. He also said the 49ers didn't have any gay players, and if they did those players should leave.
San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh met privately with Culliver to discuss the remarks.
"I reject what he said," Harbaugh said. "That's not something that reflects the way the organization feels, the way the rest of the players feel."
The coach would not discuss if Culliver would face discipline from the team, such as a fine or loss of playing time.
"He pledged to grow from it," Harbaugh said.
GLAAD REACTS to Culliver's statement and more DETAILS after the JUMP!
Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?? With the Super Bowl just a mere 2 days away, the SUPER BOWL ADS are popping up left and right. But one ad promo from Coca-Cola has some Arab-Americans up in arms for being, RACIST???
"Why is it that Arabs are always shown as either oil-rich sheiks, terrorists or belly dancers?" said Warren David, president of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. Imam Ali Siddiqui, president of the Muslim Institute for Interfaith Studies, said the commercial "portrayed Arabs as backward and foolish Camel Jockeys." The groups also want to know why the Arab, one of several figures vying for a giant bottle of Coke, isn't eligible to win the race in an online poll. Coke says characters in the ad were a "nod to movies of the past."
CBS declined comment. Coca-Cola spokeswoman Lauren Thompson said Coke took a "cinematic" approach with the ad, employing the characters as a nod to movies of the past.
"Coca-Cola is an inclusive brand enjoyed by all demographics," she said in an email. "We illustrate our core values, from fun and refreshment to happiness, inspiration and optimism across all of our marketing communications."
Ayoub said ADC intended to contact Coke and CBS Corp on Thursday to "hopefully start a dialog."
"I want to know why this happened and how can we fix this if possible before Sunday," he said.
Do you think the ad was RACIST?? If it is, then it is racist towards Vegas show girls, desert bandits and motorcycle riders as well.... and let's not mention the CAMELS! But seriously, are we being just a bit TOO sensitive these days???? Or is there some validity to this claim?? If there were African-American basketball players on a truck of watermelons vying for this Coke, then it would be a throwback to stereotypes of Blacks. Or a mini-van with Asian's driving badly trying to acquire this Coke, then it could also be deemed STEREOTYPICAL.... RIGHT??

It appears that San Francisco 49'ers Chris Culliver has NO LOVE for the GAYS!!!
Homosexual football players are NOT welcome in the San Francisco 49ers locker room according to Chris Culliver.
Culliver made the homophobic comments to Artie Lange during a radio interview at a Super Bowl media event earlier this week.
When asked if gay players would be welcome on the team, Culliver said:
"I don't do the gay guys man. I don't do that."
Artie then asked if Chris knew of any gay players on his team to which Culliver answered,
"No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do."
He continued, "Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah … can't be … in the locker room man. Nah."
Culliver also said ... if a gay player were to make it in the NFL, he should not only keep his sexuality a secret from the other players ... but stay quiet for 10 YEARS after that.
In one of the most homoerotic sports there is, it's baffling that someone would have these type of thoughts and even more baffling that they would be ignorant enough to voice them in an interview given the climate of GAY RIGHTS today.
And in light of Kwame Harris' (a past 49'er) recent charges of DOMESTIC ABUSE towards his ex- BOYFRIEND, you would think Culliver would be just a wee bit more SENSITIVE??
With all the rubbing and slapping on the ass and towel plat exhibited by professional sports players, Culliver may be SURPRISED to find out that he may have ALREADY played with, showered with and jumped on top of a few GAY MEN in his time in the NFL!
Culliver just opened up a can of WORMS...no pun. The LGBT community is SURE to be all over this one!
In case you were wondering why former Xscape member Latocha Scott was being photographed with cast members of the TVOne series “R&B Divas” at Trumpet Awards in Atlanta this weekend, well… it has been confirmed that she is one of two new cast members for the next season!
Although she hasn’t had a hit in… ever… and her oft-delayed solo project has been “materializing” for the past 15 years or so, hopefully this new gig will give her the exposure she needs to get some new music out. The other new addition to the cast comes in the way of Angie Stone, which has previously been reported by several media outlets. Apparently, rumors of divas Nicci Gilbert and Faith Evans being axed from the show were false, as all seven ladies (including Gilbert, Evans, Keke Wyatt, Syleena Johnson and Monifah) are said to be a part of the final line-up. Filming for the second season is already underway and the season premiere is set for April.
The Los Angeles spin-off of the show is still in the works, as TVOne has ordered 8 episodes, but word on who the 5 cast members are is still under tight wraps. Hopefully singer Shanice's name is on the short list of candidates!!!
No doubt about it, Jay-Z is one shrewd business man who keeps his ears to the streets and knows who and what’s hot. I’m actually surprised that this didn’t happen much sooner, but yesterday Jay-Z signed mega producer Timbaland to his RocNation management group!
I guess Jay-Z got tired of waiting for T.I. to return his call about the deal he presented him to join The Dynasty last week and had to move on! Timbaland and Jay-Z have had a long-time working relationship, dating all the way back to 1998 with their collaboration on “Jigga What, Jigga Who”. Most recently, the duo collaborated with Justin Timberlake on his comeback single “Suit & Tie”.
So, 2013 definitely looks to be a big year for Timbo as he is working on his own Shock Value III album and production for Justin Timberlake and Keri Hilson’s new projects. Timbaland is now a part of an illustrious management roster which also includes Rihanna, Wale, and Shakira among others. Throw up your diamonds... that ROC dynasty just won't let up!
We all remember the bumbling YET lovable, 'Gomer Pyle' from 'The Andy Griffith' show. The character's portrayor, Jim Nabors, who is 84, wed his longtime BOYFRIEND, Stan Cadwallader who is 63.
The two married in Honolulu, Hawaii where same sex marriage is now LEGAL!!
The couple met in 1975 when Cadwallader was a Honolulu firefighter.
"I'm 82 and he's in his 60s and so we've been together for 38 years and I'm not ashamed of people knowing, it's just that it was such a personal thing, I didn't tell anybody," Nabors said. "I'm very happy that I've had a partner of 38 years and I feel very blessed. And, what can I tell you, I'm just very happy."
Nabors said he's been open about his homosexuality to co-workers and friends but never acknowledged it to the media before. He doesn't plan to get involved in the issue politically.
WHO KNEW??? Apparently all of his friends and co-workers knew he was GAY!
